Booking and Payment Terms, Conditions and Polices – Simonelli Apartments
Self catering accommodation policy
1. Check in Between 15:00 and 23:00 – Check out by 10:00. 2. Children of all ages are welcome. 3. Pets are not allowed. 4. Smoking is allowed in some of the public areas and some of the open air areas. 5. Groups are accepted up to a maximum of 4 people. No stag and hen groups. 6. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.
Payment Conditions
A non refundable deposit 25% of the stay is required. Full booking balance must be paid 56 days before arrival. Payments by bacs, paypal.
Additional Check In Notes
Self check in, lockbox located to the left of the front door. Meet & Greet by prior arrangment.
Cancellation Conditions
If a booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If a booking is cancelled less than 56 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 56 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
General Terms of Booking
The property will be inspected and cleaned by owners before arrival and would be appreciated if you leave it was you find it. We do not take a damages deposit but any damage must be covered at your expense. A full Inventory is available on request and this inventory is checked at the end of each rental period.
We do not include holiday cancellation insurance. You may wish to consider taking out your own insurance in case of last minute cancellations.
All bedlinen is supplied, towels, travel cot, a high chair and one basket of logs for the fire are also provided (Evanton).
We reserve the right to enter the accommodation for the purpose of urgent repairs or maintance at anytime. We cannot take responsibility for any matter outside our control, ie damage, injury, delays ,or loss in connection with your holiday arising directly from mechanical or electrical breakdown, inclement weather ,flood, fire ,temporary invasion of pests etc or nuisance caused by neighbouring properties.
We reserve the right to request guest leave early if the cause disturbance to neighbours or damage to property.
Opening dates: We are open all year round!
Checking in time is 3pm, Check out time 10am.
Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking and request that no candles are lit in the rooms for fire health and safety.
Dogs: Regrettably we are unable to accommodate dogs.
The Guests are responsible for the keeping property keys safe, in the event of loss a charge of £100 will be incurred.
